My Approach to Therapy
My theoretical orientation, Client Centered therapy, allows me to meet my client where they are in their life, and provide an atmosphere free of judgment, and full of positive regard. I provide individual therapy to those who feel that they have lost themselves, are overwhelmed with past trauma, as well as those who often feel anxious and shy away from their potential. During a session, you have the ability to explicitly express yourself, with conversation and feedback that promotes self discovery and reflection. Together, we will go on a journey to explore self-worth and purpose. We will create goals, coping skills and necessary boundaries. You deserve to feel good, and have the life you want!
