My Approach to Therapy
Queenie works as an eclectic therapist and uses a combination of therapeutic approaches to serve you. She focuses on letting you be the author of your own story and find the moments of strength and resilience in those stories to help you in the present moment. Queenie encourages and is open to exploring all aspects of your identity and who you are including race, gender, sex, sexual orientation, religious and spiritual practices, and social class. There is also value in exploring your identity in all of the roles you may play as a sibling, mother, father, daughter, son, student, or or in your place of employment, and as an athlete.
All parts of your are welcome, and all parts of you can be part of your healing process. Queenie would be honored to join you as a compassiand professional team mate!
