Rodnisha is an ACE certified health coach with extensive training in nutrition and general science from programs developed at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Wanting to help clients understand that true wellness flows deeper than numbers on a scale, her coaching method focuses on helping clients utilize mindfulness to be present and grounded in their bodies. By creating these safe and mindful spaces, you are better positioned to recognize and connect to the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual habits that are keeping you unhealthy, unwell, and ultimately stagnant. Aiding you in developing personalized wellness plans, she incorporates long term habit and behavioral changes instead of depending on short term fixes. As someone who has often overlooked lasting change due to the personal pressure of wanting results now, she understands the importance of assessing a problem holistically and connecting with the intended result before moving forward with an impermanent solution. Rodnisha will be a great health coach for you if you are ready to connect with and listen to your body, create new habits for lasting change, or if you’re tired of being stuck.

Defining wellness as a fully encompassing balance in all aspects of mind, body, spirit, and emotion, the company seeks to aid clients in mindfully connecting with all parts of themselves to foster holistic health and longevity. The company helps clients recognize their personal wellness stories to identify their individual habits, goals, and needs. Additionally, the company uses creative self expression and  integrative approaches to wellness to support the creation and daily use of self care practices that sustain long term health and aim to prevent the onset of dis-ease.
