Our Seasonal Support Group is a great space to gather coping skills and feel connected to other people who may struggle with mental health problems during the fall and winter months of the year. Topics include: weather and mood, self-love, boundaries, grief, and revising our self-care plans. This group is DONATION-BASED (pay what you can).  We have multiple chances to join each topic. You will get an email with the link to join each group and can decide if that is a topic you can benefit from. Sign up is easy with the button below:

The therapists and health coaches at Grounded Wellness want to support you with some ideas and advice for how to engage with the process of therapy, so that you can maximize the benefits you can get from it. We share information on how to find a therapist who is a good fit, self-care practices and how they can translate into your therapy, the role of mindfulness and journaling in your therapy process, and how to overcome any of your personal barriers to being honest with your therapist (and when and how to do that)
