Service Description

In your first session with your health coach, you will learn more about how health coaching works at Grounded Wellness and how your health coach can support you in reaching your health goals. You'll be asked to sign an agreement explaining how the service works. There is no obligation to buy sessions when you experience your free session!

Cancelation Policy

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 12 hours before it begins. If you cancel with less than 12 hours of notice, or do not show for your appointment, you forfeit your session.
