Tashana completed her Master's in Social Work in 2017 and has been serving as a therapist for adults and children for about 5 years. She provides individual therapy for adults and teens who want to manage their anxiety, depression, trauma issues and reach their potential.
Tashana is passionate about helping people explore and understand their narrative so that they are able to experience a fulfilling and positive relationship with themselves. This relationship is created by experiencing life in the present moment and taking all of the parts of who you are into account. All parts of you are necessary for healing.
My Approach to Therapy
Tashana believes in positive relationships in all domains of our lives. She has experienced the power of combining mindfulness techniques with various therapeutic approaches, so that therapy can become an individualized and unique journey. She is ready to provide a space for adults and teens (16 and older) who are curious and motivated to engage in the process of self-actualization. She provides individual therapy to those who feel disconnected from themselves, those who are overwhelmed with past trauma, as well as those who are experiencing various life transitions, or questions about their values and identity.
