My Approach to Therapy

With an existential therapeutic lens, I encourage clients to utilize self-responsibility and boundary setting to create a purposeful and fulfilling life. With empathy as the guide, we will explore your capacity for self awareness. Together we will discover techniques that assist you in identifying who and what in your life is helping you reach your goals. Having that kind of knowledge can assist you in feeling empowered to live a more authentic life.
